2. How You Earn Points

• Signup Bonus: 50 points on new account registration
• Delivered Order Reward: 20% Bubble Points on eligible delivered order value
• Review Bonus: 20 points for eligible product reviews
• Birthday / Anniversary Bonus: 100 points each (where applicable)
• Referral Bonuses: 100 points on referral signup and 200 points on eligible referral order

Order reward points are typically credited once an order status is marked as Delivered.

4. Checkout Lock & Final Deduction

• At checkout, selected Bubble Points are first locked to prevent double usage.
• If checkout is canceled/failed or points are removed, locked points are released.
• Points are finally marked as redeemed when order/payment flow confirms usage.
• If your session expires, you may need to reapply points.

5. Expiry & Validity

• Earned points are valid for 12 months from the credit date.
• Expired points are removed by scheduled system jobs and cannot be restored automatically.
• You can view your points history and current balance in your account loyalty section.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Adjustments

• Bubble My Love reserves the right to reverse points for canceled, returned, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
• Manual point adjustments may be performed by admin for correction cases.
• Misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity may lead to points cancellation or account restrictions.
