1. Shipping Areas

We ship across India to most locations where courier services are available. Some remote areas may have limited service or additional charges.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary during festivals, monsoon season, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Custom or personalized products may require additional processing time.

Same-day or express delivery may be available for select products and pincodes. Availability and fees are shown at checkout.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout and may vary for remote locations or expedited delivery options.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for most locations across India
• COD fee is based on order value: ₹29 below ₹699, ₹49 for ₹699–₹999, free above ₹999
• Total COD amount = Order total + COD fee (if applicable)
• Please have exact change ready for COD orders
• COD availability is shown at checkout and may vary by pincode

5. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Custom/personalized orders may take 3-5 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped

6. Delivery Information

• Delivery attempts will be made during working hours (10 AM - 6 PM)
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
• Valid ID may be required at the time of delivery
• If delivery fails, we will attempt re-delivery or coordinate for pickup
• Packages may be left with security/neighbors if recipient is unavailable

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India. We are working to expand our services globally in the future.

8. Special Circumstances

• Delivery may be delayed during festivals, natural disasters, or strikes
• Remote or restricted areas may have limited delivery options
• Fragile items are packaged with extra care but shipping damage is not our responsibility after handover to courier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients
